Omar Youssef is an experienced professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities in various companies. Omar founded Engajers Inc. in 2021, an investment consulting company focused on providing insights and data for investment decisions. In the same year, they also founded InnovatorsGate, which connects business innovators and investors. Prior to these ventures, Youssef founded Mission235 in 2015, offering a range of services in marketing, communication, and retail. Omar also founded AloFixit SARL in 2017, Reliban Properties in 2016, and TechStans - Future Leaders' Call in 2022. Youssef worked as a Startup Mentor at Berytech in 2020 and as a Group Account Director at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide in 2016. Omar held the position of Senior Account Director - Advertising at Al-Sayer Group Holding from 2014 to 2016 and at BBDO Worldwide from 2011 to 2014.

Omar Youssef obtained a Bachelor's degree/higher diploma in Music Education from the Lebanese University, graduating in 2005. Omar then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General at the University of Leicester from 2012 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Omar obtained the "8 Secrets of Leadership" from McDonald's and "The Magic of Exceptional Customer Service" from Vigor-Enterprise in 2014 and 2013 respectively. Omar also completed a certification in "Business Model Innovation" from HEC Paris, and a certification in "Marketing With Taste" from Pepsi Cola, although the specific year of completion for these certifications is unknown.
