Heidi Drake's work experience begins in 1997 as a Detective/Master Deputy Sheriff at the Charleston County Sheriff's Office. Heidi then served as a Reserve Deputy at the same organization from 2007 to 2012. From 2007 to 2014, they worked for General Dynamics Land Systems - Force Protection as a Security, Health & Safety Section Manager and FSO, where they managed security and EHS programs and led a team of professionals. In 2014, they joined Syngenta as a Security Manager for North America, overseeing security programs and driving cultural change for improved security behavior.
