Elliot Mari is an experienced engineer specializing in industrial decarbonization, currently working at ADEME since January 2020, focusing on the cement, steel, and aluminium sectors. Elliot's background includes a role as an energy researcher at Sustainable Energy Network Solutions, where articles on energy, climate, and economy were written. Prior to that, Elliot interned as a QHSE consultant at Institut de la Qualité, contributing to the development of a Territorial Climate and Energy Plan for New-Caledonia. Elliot also gained experience as an R&D intern engineer at Oneka Technologies, developing marine renewable energy technology, and served as an assistant director of the energy department at Umhvørvisstovan, where geothermal heating data was monitored. Elliot holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy from The University of Queensland and an engineering degree from Ecole centrale de Nantes, complemented by a Baccalauréat from Lycée Masséna and Lycée français Alexandre Yersin de Hanoï.
