Autumn Wachs is an experienced nursing professional with a focus on patient care services. Since April 2018, Autumn has held the position of Director of Patient Care Services at Mission Healthcare, previously serving as Clinical Manager and RN Case Manager. Autumn's career includes providing in-home care for diverse clients at Hospice from October 2011 to April 2018 and engaging in clinical preceptorships at MetroSouth Medical Center and Sanctuary Hospice. In addition to nursing experience, Autumn managed child care operations at World of Fitness Gym and worked as a CNA at Providence Life Services. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
