Rick Guinn is a highly experienced mechanical engineer currently serving as the Lead Mechanical Engineer at Mission Design & Automation since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at HS Inc. from July 2021 to August 2022 and worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at IMG-NA from October 2020 to July 2021. Earlier in Rick's career, experience was gained as a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer at JR Automation, where Rick worked from January 2017 to October 2020.
