Fanamperana Andriamalala currently serves as a Flight Operations Officer at Mission Aviation Fellowship, a position held since September 2022, focusing on customer service, flight data management, documentation processing, and maintaining the flight operations scheduling board. Previously, Fanamperana worked as a Flight Operations Assistant, where responsibilities included communication with partners, flight document preparation, and participation in the organization's spiritual life. An internship in Flight Operations at Mission Aviation Fellowship from November 2021 to February 2022 provided foundational training in MAF procedures, enhancing understanding of various operations and systems. Fanamperana holds a degree in flight dispatching from Ecole nationale de l'enseignement de l'aéronautique et de la météorologie in Madagascar, completed in June 2022.
