Beth Wisch is an experienced Learning Specialist at Mission Aviation Fellowship since July 2021, preparing for a role in the Western Democratic Republic of the Congo. Previous positions include Manager of CX Instructional Design at BambooHR and Instructional Design Manager at The VOID, showcasing a strong background in instructional design and eLearning development. While serving as an Instructional Technologist at the University of Utah, Beth led course development using the ADDIE process and created engaging eLearning solutions. A history with U.S. Customs and Border Protection as an Instructional Systems Specialist refined skills in training methodologies, and earlier experiences with the U.S. Federal Government and the US Navy contributed to a solid foundation in curriculum development and instructional delivery. Beth holds a Master of Arts in Instructional System Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministries.
