Brenda Niemeyer has extensive experience in coaching and program management, with a focus on empowering individuals and teams through various initiatives. Currently serving as an End-to-End Coaching Program Manager at WayPoint Coaching, Inc. since 2013, Brenda emphasizes transforming lives and teams using coaching methodologies. Additionally, Brenda instructs the ICF Accredited Level 1 Academic Life Coaching course through Coach Training EDU, coaches Navy SEALs for the SEAL Future Foundation, and manages programs for Special Forces and First Responders at TRIBE TASK & PURPOSE, INC. Brenda co-founded the WayPoint Youth Foundation to support college students and foster youth with entrepreneurial training and academic coaching. Previous roles include significant positions in orphan care partnerships and campus ministry with Cru Global. Brenda holds a Bachelor's degree in Educational Ministries and Biblical Studies from Multnomah University.
