Michael Hall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Mishimoto since April 2023, where they are responsible for all financial and control activities of the company. Prior to that, from March 2021 to March 2023, they worked as the CFO at Dunmore and played a key role in strategic planning and financial analysis.
From January 2018 to March 2021, Michael was the Vice President of Finance at Safran, where they advised the President on financial issues, executed the company's 5-year strategy plan, and improved forecast accuracy. Before that, they worked as the Finance Lead at the Distribution Business Unit of Safariland from June 2017 to January 2018, where they coordinated a $150M distribution business unit and managed financial forecasting and budgeting.
Earlier in their career, Michael held positions at TE Connectivity as an Operations/FP&A Finance Manager from January 2012 to June 2017, overseeing global budget development and M&A integration efforts. Michael also worked at BAE Systems as Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis from January 2011 to January 2012, where they led the development of financial plans and reorganized the FP&A department. At BAE Systems, they also served as a Program Manager from September 2007 to December 2010 and as a Financial Analyst from July 2001 to August 2007.
Outside of the corporate sector, Michael has served as an Adjunct College Professor at Central Pennsylvania College from January 2006 to July 2008, where they demonstrated a passion for teaching Finance and fostering a positive learning environment. Michael also gained experience in logistics and operations as an Operations Supervisor at UPS from May 1999 to July 2001.
Before starting their corporate career, Michael served in the US Army from October 1992 to October 2000, where they held the position of Sergeant (Squad Leader - Airborne Infantry). During their service, they were responsible for the training and welfare of a team and was trained for rapid deployments to protect US interests.
