David Bonds has over 22 years of professional experience in the design and production industry. David began their career in 1995 as a Structural Design Coordinator for John Wieland Homes, where they developed and implemented network CAD standards, as well as structural drafting standards. David also trained employees in structural design and basic framing standards, and designed and implemented take-off standards for materials, saving the company nearly $500K in material call-backs within the first year. In 1997, they moved to Upward Unlimited, Inc. as the Business Operations, designing and implementing business operations from the ground up, including budgeting, accounting standards, warehousing and inventory control, graphic design, HR, and business expansion. David worked directly for the President and aided in presentations and directives from the board of directors to implementation within the business structure. In 1998, they established Bonds Design Group, Inc. as the President, providing full design and drafting services from original concept to structural design and full building sets. David also developed network drafting standards for high volume national builders and specialized in large custom homes, as well as consulted on office and field execution and standards. In 2012, they joined 42 Entertainment as a Production Designer. Finally, in 2020, they became the Director of Production at Misapplied Sciences, Inc.
David Bonds attended John McEachern High School before enrolling at The University of Georgia in 1980 to study Biology. David then transferred to Kennesaw State University in 1982, where they completed a BS in Biology in 1984.
