Karla Ramser-Young currently serves as the HR/EHS Manager at MISA Metal Fabricating, Inc. since August 2012, overseeing human resources, environmental, and safety functions across the plant. Previously, Karla held the position of Director of Human Resources at Jore Corporation/Rocky Mountain Twist, managing HR functions for retail and commercial divisions. As Director of Human Resources for ResCare, Karla was responsible for HR operations in 41 locations across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Earlier career experience includes HR Manager at Flow International, where all human resource functions for the Jeffersonville facility were developed and implemented. Karla also contributed to the start-up of a new psychiatric facility as Director of Human Resources Administration at Charter North Hospital. Karla's educational background includes a MA in Management from Webster University and a BS in Sociology/Criminal Justice from South Dakota State University.
