Edward Dellarocca serves as General Counsel at Mirus Bio, a company specializing in transfection products for the biopharmaceutical and research sectors since August 2022. Prior to this role, Edward held several legal positions including Senior Counsel at StockX and Counsel at Experian Health. Additional experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Amphastar Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Associate Counsel II at Gilead Sciences. Edward holds a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School, graduating magna cum laude, and both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts degree, each earned summa cum laude, from California State University, Fullerton.
