Caroline Cree is an accomplished Creative Director and Head of Design at Miron Crosby, where responsibilities include defining creative vision and building brand strategy since July 2016. Previously, Caroline served as Global Senior Design Director at Lands' End, driving brand strategy and creative performance across various product lines from October 2016 to September 2023. Other notable roles include Senior Design Director at Gap Inc., where responsibilities encompassed footwear and accessories design, and co-founding Caroline Cree LLC, specializing in a shoe collection. Caroline began a career in design with internships and positions at Ted Baker, International Leathers, and Coach, contributing to the successful launch of Coach’s 'Poppy' Handbag line. Caroline holds a First Class Honors degree in Fashion Marketing from Northumbria University and a Foundation Certificate in Fashion and Interior Design from the University of Ulster Belfast.
