Kathy Jo Brooks is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Previously, Kathy was the Regional Sales Manager at Realtor.com New Construction from February 2022 to April 2024, where impressive sales growth was achieved through strategic marketing and client relationship management. As a Partner and VP of Sales and Marketing at Century 21 Affiliated from 2010 to 2019, operational processes were optimized to enhance profitability. Kathy's career began at Saratoga Homes, where a remarkable five consecutive years as the Number 1 Sales Manager in two states highlighted strong sales capabilities. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Selling Skills and Sales Operations from the College of Lake County and obtained Broker's Licenses in Real Estate Development from the Illinois Institute of Real Estate.
