Dominic Rödel is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Head of Design (Workshops) and Design Leadership for AI at Miro since October 2021. With a robust background in design, Dominic previously held significant roles at Microsoft, including Principal Design Manager, Senior Design Manager, and Senior Interaction Designer, where contributions spanned across design team growth and product development for Microsoft Teams. Prior to Microsoft, Dominic co-founded craftwerk.io and pendlr, focusing on interaction and visual design for mobile applications. Early career experiences include freelance design work, internships, and positions at various design agencies. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interface Design from the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam and various design qualifications from institutions in Germany.
