Anna Dvornikova is an experienced professional in learning design, talent management, and organizational development. Currently serving as Learning Technology and Knowledge Systems Lead at Miro since November 2017, Anna leads the design and implementation of global learning and culture programs while managing a team across multiple countries. Previously, Anna founded uxevent.com, providing insights on event experience design and consultancy services. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Talent Management at Improve Group, where Anna established learning and development processes, and key positions at AIESEC, focusing on leadership development and regional coordination. Anna holds a specialist degree in philology from Novosibirsk State University.
