Bailey Baerwolf is a Creative Producer at Honeyland Films, engaged in facilitating effective communication among clients, agencies, and staff since January 2024. In parallel, Bailey operates as a Photographer at MirMir, producing photo shoots and delivering final digital assets. Previously, as Sales & Marketing Director at Dr. Silkman's, Bailey directed marketing strategies and managed staffing for two pop-up shop locations during peak periods. Experience also includes serving as General Manager at Little Local, where Bailey oversaw business operations, branding, and event organization. Prior roles include Assistant Manager of Digital Engagement at The New School, where Bailey enhanced the university's online presence, and positions at CR Fashion Book and adidas focusing on production assistance and digital design, respectively. Bailey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Design from Parsons School of Design, completed in May 2017.
