Jennifer Murphy has extensive experience in customer support and operations within the technology and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Support representative at MiRealSource since May 2019, Jennifer previously held significant roles at zipLogixâ„¢, including Forms Development Representative and Help Desk Representative, where responsibilities included the design of customized smart forms and direct client support. Earlier, Jennifer managed office operations at THE BIG CHIPPER INC, overseeing administrative tasks and light accounting duties. Jennifer earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in IT - Programming from Macomb Community College, completed in May 2022.
