Lynn Riley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lynn started their career as a Recreation Coordinator at Aurora Leisure Services in January 1988 and worked there until March 1990. Following that, they joined Magna Powertrain (formerly Tesma International Inc.) in June 1990 as a Manager of Investor Relations and worked there until April 2005. In 2008, they worked briefly as the owner of Return To The Ring from January 2008 to March 2014. Later in the same year, they joined Miravo Healthcare as the Manager of Financial Communications, where they currently work.

Lynn Riley's education history begins with attending Brock University from 1980 to 1983, where they studied Physical Education and Drama. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Toronto for ten years from 1984 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Lynn then pursued Interior Design at Seneca College from 1996 to 2001. Later, they studied Investor Relations at the University of California, Berkeley from 2002 to 2004.
