Allison Schetter is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ThedaCare, contracted through Churchstreeter and Crosse since June 2022. In addition, Allison holds the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Miravida Living since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Clarity Care, Inc. from January 2021 to June 2022, and a Caregiver at The Boldt Company from April 2020 to November 2020. Allison began a career in human resources with an HR Coordinator I position, followed by internships at Festival Foods and Americollect. The professional journey started at Bemis Manufacturing Company as a Human Resources Intern. Allison earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, graduating in 2021.
