Sergey Utechenko is an experienced recruiter with a specialization in high-quality recruitment services in the IT sector. Since February 2014, Sergey has been working at Miratech, focusing on placing candidates in various technical areas, including SAP, Oracle, Java, .Net, ERP, CRM, and BI, while also providing recruitment services for business applications. Prior to this, Sergey served as a Recruitment Consultant at Softline from October 2012 to December 2013, where responsibilities included conducting search and selection activities for IT projects, running competence-based interviews, creating detailed competence reports, and managing the coordination of interviews and negotiations between clients and candidates.
