Bradley McDonald's work experience includes roles at Mirantis and Decibel. At Mirantis, they started in November 2020 as a Customer Success & Renewal Specialist and then became a Team Lead for Customer Success and Expansion in February 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Renewals and Growth, EMEA & APAC. Prior to joining Mirantis, they worked at Decibel from January 2019 to November 2020, focusing on Business Development.

Bradley McDonald obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde between 2014 and 2018.
