Katya Solov is the CEO and Founder of Miranna, an app that connects individuals with experts worldwide for personalized online education sessions. Previously, Katya worked as a Legal Advisor at UniSender, where Katya provided legal/tax and financial advice for cross-border structuring. Katya also served as the CEO and Founder of DealDep, a legal tech startup, and as a Lawyer at Digital Cloud Assets and IQONE, providing legal support for venture deals in the IT sector. Katya has a Law Specialist degree in Civil Law from the National Research University of Electronic Technology, a Master's Degree in International Tax Planning from Finance University, and upgraded their skills in International Business/Law at Kutafin Moscow State Law University.
