Thomas Kaferle is an experienced leader in the theme park and entertainment industry, currently serving as the General Manager of SeaWorld Abu Dhabi and the Yas SeaWorld Research and Rescue Center at Miral Experiences since September 2019. Kaferle successfully led the pre-opening team for the largest indoor marine life theme park globally, overseeing operations with a workforce of 1,000 colleagues and managing substantial budgets. Previously, Kaferle held key positions at Miral Asset Management, Meraas Development, and various zoos and theme parks, where responsibilities included planning, development, operational oversight, and strategic planning. Kaferle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington.
