Hugo Flores is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction, demolition, and environmental services sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects and Environmental Services at Mirador Enterprises Inc. since February 2022, Hugo also holds the position of Director and Owner at DECA Integrated Services Inc. Prior roles include Partner and Chief Estimator at JMR Environmental, LLC, and Chief Estimator at JMR Demolition, alongside earlier positions as Estimator at AMPCO Contracting, Inc. and Border Demolition and Environmental, Inc. Hugo's career began in 2005 with ownership roles at Flores Trucking and Rock Quarry and R and H Contractors, following service as a Finance Specialist in the US Army.
