Ian Cochran is a seasoned real estate professional with over 11 years of experience specializing in retail properties in northern Nevada. Currently a Partner and Director at LOGIC Commercial Real Estate since April 2018, Ian previously held the position of Senior Advisor at Sperry Van Ness from November 2014 to April 2018, where work focused on nurturing existing client relationships while acquiring new ones in the Reno and Carson City areas. Prior to this, Ian served as the Lead Retail Associate at Stark & Associates Commercial Real Estate, and started their career as an Intern/Jr. Appraiser at Johnson-Perkins & Associates Inc. Additionally, Ian has a background in hospitality, having worked as a Parking Supervisor at Grand Sierra Resort/Reno Hilton. Ian Cochran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, obtained in 2008.
