Samantha Heasty began their work experience in 2014 as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Kennedy Health System, where they worked until the end of 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at both Penn Medicine and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, with their role at Penn Medicine lasting from January to June. In 2016, Samantha joined Digirad as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and held this position until August 2019. Most recently, they have been working at Mirada Medical as a Product Specialist starting in September 2019.

Samantha Heasty has a diverse education history. Samantha attended Jackson Memorial Highschool from 2006 to 2010 and obtained their High School diploma. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Rowan University from 2010 to 2012. Afterward, Samantha attended Rowan College at Gloucester County from 2013 to 2015 and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree and an Associate's degree in Nuclear Medical Technology/Technologist. Additionally, they gained a Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy in September 2020.
