Allison Demetriou, M.S., serves as the Employee Development & Well-being Manager at Mirabito Energy Products since September 2022, where a focus on learning initiatives and wellness resources drives personal and professional growth for the team. Previously, Allison held the role of Regional Wellness Director at Capital District YMCA from October 2016 to September 2022, overseeing corporate wellness programs for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Creative Development at Plaza Fitness Performance and as a Certified Personal Trainer at Brick Bodies Fitness Services, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from PennWest California and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance & Health Science from Towson University.
