Karen Loeza has extensive experience in systems coordination and analysis, currently serving at MIRA since January 2018. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Technical Support Assistant at GRUPO POLAK from January 2013 to March 2017, where responsibilities included the administration of various IT systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, and firewalls, as well as providing user support and performing hardware and software maintenance. Karen holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Universidad San Carlos, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
