Nikita Nahata's work experience includes positions at various companies in different roles. In 2023, Nikita worked as an Accounts Assistant at MiQ, handling intercompany transactions and their revaluation on SAP, as well as holding companies transactions and their Balance Sheet Recs. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, Nikita worked as a Management Consultant at HBF Direct Limited, where they worked with startups, assisting with client acquisition, onboarding, and providing customized solutions to achieve their goals. In 2020, Nikita worked as a Private Banker Associate at MWH Holdings and as a Summer Intern at Greenfluence, where they worked on market research, business analysis, and financial modeling for the EMPENTA project. In 2018, Nikita worked as an Accounting Intern at Euro Groceries AS, focusing on maintaining accounts, analyzing financial statements, and creating an inventory management system. In 2016, Nikita worked as an Intern at the Office of International Relations PDPU, assisting with content preparation and social media promotion. From 2015 to 2017, Nikita held various roles at Envirocrat's Club PDPU and FLARE PDPU, including Head of Finance and Finance Committee Member, respectively. Additionally, in 2015, Nikita served as a Marketing Facilitator for The Testament, working on market outreach and operations for a market acquisition/retention/engagement drive.

Nikita Nahata completed a Master's degree in Finance at Esade from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they also participated in an Executive Education Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore focused on Doing Business in India. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, Nikita obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Hons.) from Pandit Deendayal Energy University. They also pursued additional education in the field of International Finance at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2017 and Global Business Management at Sacred Heart University in 2016. Nikita's education history began with the completion of their Commerce ISC degree at Bishop Cotton Girls' School from 2013 to 2015.

It is worth noting that Nikita has also earned several certifications in various areas. They have completed Financial Accounting Part 1 and Accounting Foundations: Bookkeeping courses from LinkedIn, Excel Quick Tips from LinkedIn, Google Data Studio from Skill Nation, and Using Power BI with Excel from LinkedIn. Additionally, Nikita has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute and completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts program. They also have knowledge of the SPSS software, obtained during their time at Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University in Gandhi Nagar.
