Manasa Nakka began their work experience as an In-plant Trainee at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited in July 2014. In May 2015, they worked as an Intern at CSIR-INDIAN INSTITUTE OF CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY, where they focused on projects involving the modelling and monitoring of non-linear chemical processes. Manasa simulated MATLAB models and developed a process monitoring methodology using multivariate statistical analysis. Most recently, in March 2023, they joined MiQ as a Product Analyst.

Manasa Nakka's education history begins at the National Institute of Technology Warangal, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in chemical engineering. The specific years of their enrollment at this institute are not provided. Prior to this, they attended Sri Narayana Junior College to complete their Intermediate degree.
