Laia Munnà has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Laia began their career in 2012 as a Graphic Designer at Norma Editorial, where they worked for two months. Laia then joined Women'secret in 2013 as a Graphic Designer, before moving on to Myvinilo in 2014 as a Graphic Designer. At Myvinilo, they worked for three years. In 2016, Laia started working as a freelance Graphic Designer and Illustrator, taking on various projects with their own company, Laia munna, as well as with My little duckling. In 2019, they joined MiQ as a Creative Developer.

Laia Munnà pursued their education in a chronological order. Between 2007 and 2009, they attended the Universitat de Barcelona, where they completed their licenciatura in Biologia, with a focus on Biología, general. Following this, from 2009 to 2013, Laia Munnà studied at BAU, Centre Universitari d'Arts i Disseny, where they earned a Grado degree in diseño gráfico y comunicación audiovisual, specializing in Diseño gráfico.
