Gayathri Ramamoorthy's work experience began in 2018 when they worked as a Data Analyst Intern at Probyto. In 2019, they joined MiQ as an Intern and later transitioned to the role of Software Engineer I. Currently, Gayathri holds the position of Software Engineer-II at MiQ, starting in April 2022.

Gayathri Ramamoorthy completed their MSc in Software Systems from Coimbatore Institute of Technology between 2015 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended Vidhya Niketan MHSS from 2001 to 2015, where they studied Computer Science but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, Gayathri has obtained several certifications, including "Train the trainer" from LinkedIn Learn in June 2023, "Developing on AWS" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2022, "React and its ecosystem - A complete beginner's guide" from Udemy in June 2021, "Problem Solving (Basic) Certificate" from HackerRank in September 2020, "Problem Solving (Intermediate) Certificate" from HackerRank in September 2020, and "Python (Basic) Certificate" from HackerRank in September 2020.
