Jayan Ravindranathan currently serves as Vice President of Cloud Solutions at MIPRO Consulting, overseeing Oracle Cloud transformation services since September 2024. Previously, Jayan held the position of Global Delivery Head at Kastech Software Solutions Group from August 2019 to September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at People Tech Group Inc, where leadership was provided for the HCM Cloud practice, and Lead PeopleSoft Consultant at the same company. Additionally, Jayan's professional journey encompasses roles as PeopleSoft Application Programmer/Analyst at Ariba, PeopleSoft Technical Consultant at SAIC, and Associate Consultant at Oracle. Jayan earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology between 2002 and 2006.
