Lerato Tsolo is a Junior Software Engineer at MIP since September 2022, bringing technical expertise and a solid background in accounting. Prior to this role, Lerato worked as an Intacct Consultant at SynergERP (Pty) Ltd from February 2022 to August 2022, where skills in financial software solutions were further developed. Lerato holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Johannesburg, completed between 2017 and 2019, and attended The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls from 2011 to 2016.
