Sina Radmard has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2012, Radmard worked as a Research Assistant for Hyundai Heavy Industries, where they contributed to two industrial robotic vision projects. These projects involved developing a moving target tracking system and an automatic calibration technique for industrial robot joint offsets.
In 2013, Radmard joined Motion Metrics International Corp as an Engineering Consultant. In this role, they developed monitoring algorithms for mining equipment, implemented advanced machine learning and data processing techniques, and worked on sensor fusion for missing tooth detection.
Radmard then pursued a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of British Columbia, Computer Science department, starting in 2016. During this time, they also served as a Research Manager at JDQ Systems Inc. until 2020, overseeing research projects.
In 2022, Radmard became the Chief Technology Officer at MicroTraffic Road Safety Video Analytics, where they led the company's technology strategies. They also served as a Machine Learning Engineer at the same company prior to taking on the CTO role.
Most recently, in 2023, Radmard joined Miovision as a Software Development Manager, responsible for managing the software development team.

Sina Radmard completed their Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology between 2006 and 2008. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering at The University of British Columbia from 2009 to 2015.
