Guy Drorani is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Minute Media since August 2021, previously holding the position of Corporate Counsel. Prior experience includes work as a Corporate and M&A Associate at Meitar | Law Offices from September 2016 to August 2021, where extensive expertise was gained in advising technology startups, multinational corporations, and venture capital funds on commercial agreements, corporate law, securities, intellectual property, and complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Additional roles include serving as Assistant to the Minister's Chief-of-Staff at the Israeli Ministry of National Infrastructures Energy and Water Resources and as a student assistant at the Israeli Ministry of Justice. Guy Drorani holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Banking and an Associate's Degree in Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
