Efrat Ostro has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the VP of Finance at Minute Media, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at UroGen Pharma from 2014 to 2021, where they served as the VP of Finance. In this role, they led financial and procurement operations, oversaw the transition from a private to a public company, and successfully conducted an IPO, raising $62 million. Efrat was responsible for financial reporting, compliance, and managing the finance team.
Before joining UroGen Pharma, Efrat worked at PwC Israel as a Senior Manager from 2010 to 2014. Efrat also had a role at UBS as a Special Purpose Entity and Multi GAAP Controller from 2007 to 2010. Their earlier experience includes roles at PwC as an Executive from 2005 to 2007, where they audited and prepared financial statements for various industries, and as a Senior Associate from 2004 to 2005. Efrat has consistently shown strong financial and managerial skills throughout their career.
Efrat Ostro holds an M.B.A. with a major in Financial Management from Tel Aviv University's Coller School of Management, which was completed from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, Efrat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, which was achieved from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, Efrat obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel in 2005.
