Louis Anagnostakos has a diverse and extensive work experience. Louis is the Founder and Executive Chair of Wingmate, a customer acquisition platform that allows front-line employees to participate in the sales process. Louis is also the CEO of mînus, a company aiming to transform waste management without the need for trucks, transfer stations, or landfills. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of ORCA Digesters, a technology-based service that converts organic waste into environmentally-friendly water. Additionally, Louis Anagnostakos co-founded and was the CEO of Turtle Island Recycling Corp. which grew to $100 million in annual revenues and was eventually sold in 2011.

Louis Anagnostakos attended Turtle Island University from 1991 to 2011, where they earned a Phd in the 7 day 24 hour work week. Their field of study was focused on customer service and innovation.
