Charles Ross is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in complex criminal and administrative law. Currently a Partner at Mintz & Gold LLP since December 2018, Charles previously practiced as a Sole Practitioner and was the Founding Partner of Charles A. Ross & Associates. Charles has represented a diverse clientele, including stockbrokers, investment advisers, and entertainers, in high-profile matters such as grand jury investigations and cases of fraud. Prior roles include Chair of the White Collar Criminal Defense Group at Herrick Feinstein and Partner at Brafman & Ross, where focus was on defending individuals in serious criminal prosecutions. Charles holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School.
