Amit Sondhi is a partner at Mintz & Gold LLP since September 2022, specializing in corporate representation for start-up and middle-market businesses, particularly in regulatory matters for financial institutions. Previously, Amit served as a partner at Joshpe Mooney Paltzik LLP, focusing on small to medium-sized start-ups in financial services, healthcare technology, and cryptocurrency. Amit was also the CEO and General Counsel of Profluent Trading, overseeing legal affairs in the digital-asset trading sector, and held the position of General Counsel and Chief Strategy Officer at Lupo Holding Company LLC. Earlier experience includes serving as Of Counsel at Mintz & Gold LLP and a partner at Lowenstein Sandler PC, where Amit worked in litigation and white-collar defense. Amit earned an MBA from The Wharton School, a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and a B.A. from Villanova University.
