Mai-Linn Spigseth currently serves as a People & Culture Business Partner at Mintra since August 2023, focusing on recruitment and candidate selection. Mai-Linn's experience includes a significant role as a Løytnant in the Norwegian Armed Forces since October 2016, alongside previous positions in human resources and consulting at MRC Global and NHH - Norwegian School of Economics. Mai-Linn has a strong background in HR, having built the HR function at Schlumberger's M-I SWACO division and engaged in integration processes during acquisitions. Other roles include instructing boat licensing courses and various positions within Forsvaret and JYSK. Mai-Linn holds an academic year degree in Film and TV Production from Noroff Bergen.
