Kasia Szostak-Lipowicz serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Compliance Lead at ProtonDx since February 2022, and as a Co-Founder at MintNeuro since November 2022. Additionally, Kasia holds the position of Visiting Researcher at Imperial College London within the Centre for Bio-Inspired Technology. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Associate and Cleanroom Manager at the Next Generation Neural Interfaces Lab from August 2015 to June 2022, focusing on microfabrication technologies for implantable neural interfaces, and as a Research Associate at TU Ilmenau from November 2013 to April 2015, specializing in microfabrication and characterization of miniaturized spectrometers. Kasia's earlier roles include positions at Applied Microengineering Limited, imec, the National Centre for Nuclear Research, VTT, and the Polish Academy of Sciences, contributing to various projects in microengineering and materials science. Education includes a PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London and MSc and BSc degrees in Electronics from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
