Ratika Rajpal has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ratika started their career in 2012 as a Sourcing Specialist at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. From there, they worked as a Human Resource Supervisor at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group in 2014. In the same year, they joined Eicher goodearth Pvt Ltd. as a Technical Recruiter and later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Consultant at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in 2016. Ratika then joined Om HRA Pvt Ltd as a Technical Recruiter from December 2016 to September 2017.

In 2018, Ratika joined Diaspark Inc as a Client Account Management Executive, where they stayed until June 2021. Ratika then worked as a Technical Recruiter at Amazon from June 2021 to January 2022. Following that, they joined Microsoft as a Global Talent Sourcer from January 2022 to September 2022. Their most recent work experience is as a Technical Recruiter at Mintex Tech, starting from March 2023.

From 2010 to 2012, Ratika Rajpal attended Bharati Vidyapeeth University Institute of Management and Research (BVIMR) where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
