Deborah Baltodano Tilson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical sales and business development, currently serving as Senior Director of Major Partnerships at Minted since October 2014. Previously, Deborah held several key roles at IBM from March 2003 to August 2014, including North America Deployment & Channels Technical Sales Executive and Security Systems Technical Sales Leader, where leadership in business partner technical field sales contributed to growth in the North America Security Systems Division. Deborah started their career at Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies as a Software Developer before advancing to sales engineering roles at Rational Software. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
