Katy Souris has extensive experience in sales and event management within the retail and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Representative and Deputy Manager at Mint Velvet since May 2012, Katy transitioned to a Solus store from a concession setting. Concurrently, Katy has been working as an Event Organiser at Coolkat Entertainment since January 2010, where responsibilities include organizing themed club nights across various venues in London. Previous roles include Concession Manager at Fenn Wright from 2008 to April 2012 and several managerial positions at Cannons Health Club from 2004 to 2008, starting as a Receptionist and advancing to Customer Service Manager and Front Of House Manager. Katy holds a degree in Leisure and Tourism, earned with Merit from Manor School between 1995 and 1998.
