Penelope W. has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Process Engineer at Mint Innovation, where they have been working since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Plant Operator at the same company from June 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Mint Innovation, Penelope worked as a Sales Support at Mariner Marine Insurance from October 2020 to June 2021. Penelope also gained experience as a Composites Intern at Core Builders Composites Limited from November 2018 to March 2019.

Penelope's earlier work experience includes a role as a Summer Research Student at The University of Auckland from December 2016 to February 2017, and as a Caretaker at Motutara Farm from December 2015 to February 2016.

Penelope W. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE(Hons)) degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering at The University of Auckland from 2016 to 2019. Penelope also obtained additional certifications, including a Forklift License from ASWEFA in July 2021 and First Aid certification from the New Zealand Red Cross in February 2022.
