Richard Murgatroyd is an experienced financial analyst currently serving as a CIMA Finance Apprentice at Minster Law since September 2021, with a focus on FP&A and aspirations for a business partnering role in the Partnerships and EL/PL department. Richard is studying to complete the CIMA qualification and possesses skills in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Previously, Richard held the position of Financial Analyst, excelling in financial analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Richard also participated in an internship scheme at Handelsbanken during the COVID-19 pandemic, where mentorship and a group project enriched professional development. Earlier, Richard gained outdoor leadership experience as a Wilderness Leader at Camp Greylock, leading children in mountaineering and adventure activities. Educational credentials include an MA (Hons) in Economics from Heriot-Watt University and a Level 7 Apprenticeship from CIMA, complemented by A-Levels and GCSEs.
