Casey Hancock is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network and systems administration. Currently serving as a Network and System Administrator at Minnkota Power Cooperative since October 2011, Casey has previously held positions as an IT Help Desk Supervisor and IT Help Desk Specialist at Alerus Financial from December 2009 to October 2011. Early career experience includes a role in customer support and computer rollout technology at Ecolab in 2006. Casey holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Service & Networking from Northland Community & Technical College, earned between 2007 and 2009.
