Riley Fletcher currently serves as the Finance and Operations Director at Minnesota Youth Collective since May 2023, progressing from the role of Finance Manager. Prior experience includes positions at The Advocates for Human Rights as an Administrative Assistant and as a Campaign Manager for Pat Driscoll for Minnesota. Additional roles encompass positions as a Student Outreach Coordinator for Robin for Minneapolis and Field Organizer for Jason Chavez for Ward 9 and Kelly Morrison for Minnesota SD45. Prior to these roles, Riley contributed as an Interim Program Director and Childcare Assistant at YMCA of the North while also serving as a Day Camp Counselor. Internships at UNRWA focused on staff wellbeing, and experience with the Minnesota DFL Party involved youth voter outreach initiatives. Riley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Global Studies with an Arabic Language Minor from the University of Minnesota and is pursuing a Master of Development Practice at the same institution.
